Return Policy
You may return your custom PC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the system is in original condition and all components are intact.
- •PC must be in original packaging with all accessories
- •No physical damage or modifications
- •Return shipping costs are responsibility of customer unless defective
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty
All custom builds come with a 1-year warranty covering labor and assembly. Individual components carry manufacturer warranties (typically 1-3 years depending on the part).
Defective Items
If your PC arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping.
